Excellent coffee matched with great customer service. I was in and out in less than a minute! I think I found my new coffee spot on my way to work.

I give the coffee four stars and the service three stars. I pulled up and ordered as basic a drink as you could. Iced coffee, she had it ready really quickly but I was the only person in queue at that point. The service was just kind of blah until I pulled out a tip and left it in the attached cup hanging on the side of the counter. My guess is the barista doesn't get paid too well so tips are expected. Anyway she perked right up after the tip, which was when I was pulling away. The drink was good and the price was even better. Only two dollars for the basic iced coffee so I can't complain about that. Even with a tip it's less than I pay elsewhere. Convenience is a big selling point for this place and the fact that there isn't really much else to choose from on this side of town. I'm glad I stopped and will likely be back. I'll just make sure to tip earlier so I get the good service up front. Also noticed a tiny Brooks burgers next door. Possibly a good place to grab a quick bite for lunch. I'll keep you posted. Yelp on!

So...I am not really what you would call a coffee aficionado. I don't really like to branch out of my Starbucks comfort zone too much. But after living in Paso for two years, I gave Cloud 9 a try. It really WAS Cloud 9 for a girl like me, who likes sweet, non-coffee tasting, coffee drinks. My absolute favorite drink is the Nutella mocha, blended. I would probably sell a little but of my soul if I could have someone mail some to me. The only thing that keeps me from giving this place 5 stars is the inconsistency in the quality of service. And like others have mentioned, this was at the 13th st. location. There were a few times that the girl was very short and rude. Like when I had filled up my "rewards" punch card, I asked if she could give me a new one and she looked at me like I had offended every bone in her body. Like, how dare I try to get a free drink for being a regularcustomer. it did make me feel uncomfortable for a second, but whatever, I'm not gonna be shamed for wanting a free drink in exchange of my loyalty. But even that didn't keep me from going back. I remained a loyal customer up until my very last day in Paso. It was seriously my last stop before getting on the 46 west and heading out of town. I'll miss you, Cloud 9.

My wife turned me on to this place, otherwise I might not have tried it. I'm not into all that specialty coffee nonsense, so I've only tried them for regular and iced coffees. The iced coffee is terrific. Always a good amount of ice and sweetness. The employees are always super pleasant as well. Perhaps the best thing about this place is the drive through. You can attack it from two different directions which makes it easy no matter how you enter the parking lot. You have to like a business that doesn't even force you to sit on your butt for a long time. $2 for a large coffee without having to go inside is the American dream.

During the school year, when I take the back-roads to downtown in an effort to avoid traffic, I pass this little drive-thru coffee shop almost every day. Today I finally I stopped and I'm glad I did! The Iced Americano I ordered was reasonably priced, and it came out fast. The two ladies working there were very nice also, overall it was a pleasant experience. Will be back to try the iced coffee!
